Hal Carver is a military man brought into the hit show of Roswell during the second season, he provides great insight into how the four aliens were brought into this world and also tells them that there are another set of aliens on earth making the roswell story widen to not just roswell but the posiblity of the entire world.

Hal is first introduced as a disappointing school assignment for Michael but as the two get to know each other Michael becomes so enticed by the story of his past the fantasy of what happened is played out for us. and finally hal shows Michael that humans are what saved the four aliens from death, special humans, that he had been tried to keep away from, trying to protect in his way, making him realise that he can't save them they have to save themselves.

I've been playing with the admin of my site trying to figure out how to work the php into my own design its a bit harder than I thought :P and I've some how managed to break the update system but I'll be building my own so this update is manual until I figure out how to create my own with security on it.
